Three Wins in Four Starts For Simmons Over Holiday Weekend

Riley was back in action over the holiday weekend at the Diamond Mountain Speedway in Susanville, CA for a Saturday-Sunday doubleheader.
Saturday night, he swept IMCA Modified action, winning his heat race from the outside of the front row and then winning the feature from his 11th starting spot.
He also won his Stock Car heat race from his second starting spot and then raced from 4th to 2nd in the feature.
Sunday night, he injured an engine in his heat race, was able to change it and then rallied from his 18th starting spot to slice his way through the field to race to the win in dramatic fashion. To cap off the night, he also swept Stock Car action, winning his heat race from third and winning the feature from sixth.
